Upload your spreadsheet
Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV. It needs a name column, an email column, and a birthday column — headers like Name, Email, and Date of Birth are recognized automatically, and an optional Group column (Staff, Public Adjuster) is picked up too. Uploading again later updates people already on the list instead of duplicating them.

Gmail account
Birthday emails are sent from this Gmail address. Use a Google App Password — not the normal account password. In your Google Account: Security → 2-Step Verification → App passwords → create one named "Birthday App", then paste the 16 characters below.
Schedule
The app checks every ten minutes, so if the server restarts or a deploy runs at send time, that day's emails still go out shortly after. Nobody can receive two emails for the same birthday — each person is sent to once per year.
